G'day, my ms family. I hope we are all well and had a good night's sleep. No heebegeebies and limited toilet breaks. Oh how I wish for the old days of going to bed falling asleep and waking up 8 hours later, or I am just getting old, who knows?
I do know that this disease can be MEGA frustrating. It seems to change every day and in strange ways. Nothing is ever fixed permanently. Nothing is ever ended, it is so frustrating, and I suspect it will stop only when I placed 6 feet under the surface of the Earth, difficult to say, but that is where most of us are now.
That does NOT mean that YOU give up and surrender to your ms. NO NO NO, it means that YOU stay flexible, YOU, think of another way to do what YOU want to do. YOU ask for help, YOU brew a hot cuppa, be it tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. YOU remind yourself that YOU can get through whatever is thwarting YOU. As the t-shirt says, "Keep calm and carry on". Read that again. Slow down, take a sip and make a flexible plan, YOU can do this.
Do not let your circumstances win. Do things methodically, one step at a time, and repeat.
