G'day, ms family. After a hard morning of not going to the gym, and just going to the store and screwing around I am here, and what I MUST DO IS SAY THANK YOU, SO THANK YOU. I appreciate all your ideas. I think if the weather holds a Grand Canyon trip is in the works. This time we will avoid hitting deer and will actually get to the Canyon so here's hoping.
Your input was appreciated, how valuable You all are.
\Be well today, and remember to appreciate yourself. As I appreciate YOU. YOU are always a valuable human being.

I'll notify the deer that you are on your way. Knowing their habits (I live in white tail deer country), they'll be ready and waiting alongside the road, ready to leap out and greet you.
i hiked it many years before my diagnosis, although in remembering back there could’ve been some small indication of MS although it could’ve just been a phobia
Hope you get to make it there soon with no wildlife getting in your way. I've been to the Grand canyon twice. The last time was two years ago and did the helicopter ride. It's a must do for a different perspective. I don't really like heights much but I stay away from the edge when standing. Even though I don't like heights I did the helicopter over the canyon, did a hot air balloon twice in Taos, and parasailed in the keys and in Clearwater.
I say go for it! The only thing I was a little afraid of was coming back in for the landing on the boat and having the strength in my legs to not fall. But they reel you in slowly and catch and support you.
