Yes - it's back again. The wonderful Understanding MS online course is back for its first outing for 2023. For those who haven't come across it before now - it runs for six weeks, it's free, completely online (so you can do it at your own pace), and based on student feedback it has consistently been one of the highest rated online courses in the world since it was first released in 2019. It has been updated regularly to ensure that its content reflects the recent research on MS.

I highly recommend it for all the newly diagnosed newbies - and some of the not-so-newbies as well :) . Quite a few people on this board have done it previously and can confirm how good it is. Aimed at PwMS, their family members and carers, allied health and other medical professionals - whoever is interested in finding out more about MS from a reliable and knowledgeable source. You can find out all you need to know about it, and sign-up for it on this link:

ms.mooc.utas.edu.au/

Read the FAQs - they will tell you all you need to know, and if you sign up now you'll get reminder messages when it's due to start.

I've taken it twice (the second time as a refresher). It is excellent, accurate, as well as very up to date. I wish it came on a DVD !

It's such a great course. I hope everyone who hasn't taken it yet will do so. Wouldn't it great if family members of those with MS could take it, too?
