No snow ❄️ last night but cold front has arrived 🥶 Might make it to 20 degrees today for high burrrr. Go in today for exam and X-rays on foot🤞🏼. It woke me up at 3 o’clock this morning killing me. I was able to do a bolus and 800 ibuprofen and get back to sleep, no pain pill 👍🏼 It’s hurting right now as I sit with it elevated but boy those first few steps are killer’s 😱 then it starts to mellow out. Enjoy your day and another weekend is here 😉👍🏼🙏

Yes heat helps with pain and swelling 🙏 He said never put ice on toes as circulation isn’t good in them. 👍🏼😉
