Good morning it’s chilly here 6 degrees 🥶 Been up since 3 o’clock my foot has been killing me and spasms in it, dang! Home Health comes in this morning to change bandages and take a look 👀 Hopefully it looks better than it feels 🤞🏼 Really wanted to lay in bed but Rozy needed fed and myself. Now it’s time for coffee ☕️. Go back to doctor Wednesday unless nurse says otherwise today 🙏. Wishing everyone a blessed day and stay warm and positive 👍🏼🙏😉😊

I had hammertoes on my right foot 🦶. They went in and fused them and put 📍 pins in my toes and a screw in my big toe. Then developed an open wound on the bottom of my foot from air-boot. Been quite a journey and not over yet 🤞🏼🙏👍🏼😉🥰
