Well my buddy drove me up and had my epidural lumbar spine injections done yesterday 👍🏼 Was a little more painful than last time and I advised nurse and she said to be sure and let doctor know they need to up sedation next time. Little sore last night and minor headache. Advised to take it easy for 24-48 hours and no lifting and rest. Hopefully it works like last ones 🤞🏼. Feels pretty good this morning. Another day of pt and home care today and that’s pretty much it. Have a good day gang 👍🏼🙏😉

I'm sorry the epidural was painful, Kenu... You have a very positive attitude, though, and I'm hoping the home care and PT will have worked their magic. Some days, a Band-Aid like that one would help us all! 😉

you have a great friend to take you to the doctor for your shot ...hope they do better next time ...well it is still good right ...take care and be safe ...i agree on the big bandage for we do have them all over ....they wouldn't have one big enough for me but it is a cute funny...thank you for making me laugh...love and happiness..
