Took a little twisting to loosen them up and out they came with no pliers 😱. Little blood 🩸 but not too bad. Was a rough night last night needed a few pain pills, not much sleep. Throbbing this morning but bearable and it’s elevated. PT comes in at 11 o’clock and tomorrow Home Health to change bandages. Still in air-boot for few more weeks at least. Doctor said it’s healing well 🙏. Enjoy your day 👍🏼🙏😉

they hurt to just look at them ...wow ...i bet your glad their out but now have to wait for the pain of taking them out to quit...just part of the process but will be over before you know it and will be for the good of it ....love and much happiness is coming ...
