I've been focusing too much on my MS symptoms. I hate thinking in the "sick role"π€
So I'm going to go MS free for a few days, to include no HU chatting to break my thought patterns. I will miss you guys π₯But I will be back in a few days to catch up.
I'm trying to give up chocolate too...that may actually be easier π

Okay, Erash. I don't really think of myself as 'sick' ( unless on a relapse, when it is hard to miss ! ) but rather as a collection of annoying 'glitches' and fatigue that have to be worked around ! Hope your time away gives you the perspective that you need. Take care, Angela x
It's really about regaining focus for me. I don't want to focus on those little glitches. They seemed to be adding up and monopolizing my mind.
I believe thoughts create feelings and behaviors.
Every time an MS thought began to creep in, I swept it away and replaced it with a "yes, I can" and it was amazing what I could do!

Erash.......you will be missed beyond what words can say. Take care of yourself. Nobody knows your body as well as you do, I'm so glad you listen to it and took some time off to remember the healthy side of you. Somehow I don't think giving up chocolate is going to remind you much of anything except how much you love it! LOΔΉ!ππ©ππ°π
