ditto kdali i'm stocked. i was super angry with the hoarders, but i got some non perishables. luckily i'm coeliac and many people don't buy the same non perishables as i do😀. i also re-discovered comedy. i needed it to lift my spirits. for much of the beginning where i am, we also had a "leader" who refused to educate people to stop the spread as if covid were a personal attack against him, so every time i saw the news it was worse and worse.
comedy got me through... and rupaul's drag race. drag queen joy always helps me feel better.
Not sure if it is for better or worse but we started supporting local restaurants using Door Dash. Helped keep restaurants in business and gave drivers a job too. I am trying to cut back and cook more now but still use at least 1-2 times a week.
I participate in the Shepherd Center MS Wellness Program here in Atlanta. Before the pandemic I attended 3 exercise classes per week. Immediately after the pandemic started they went virtual and now I do 4 classes a week, two whole body exercise classes, seated yoga and pilates. I tell everyone that the pandemic helped make me more fit. The second, although I do a lot of my medical appointments virtually I think sometimes I would rather be in the office so the doctor could see or feel what I'm talking about.
