I am thankful to you all..i look as i can to see how everyone is doing and honestly to hang on. i barely make it thru each day but ido and that is the point.I dont know if you all know how special you are?!

I pray fall brings joy and holidays or stay vacation , or if a real vacation! It has been so nice to almost ditch the masking, and this windter looks better since we have vaccinations , precautions almost down pat. Kids are in school, some are sad some are happy..life!

I am hoping to put into place some of your ideas to organize, etc.

Did you do a new first aid kit.

how did you keep in contact with social?

What helped your MS physically that changed because of Pandemic.

i know i and others dont wish to think on the two years plus of this but.....wisdome from my peeps

is essential. To start off a Huge Thank YOU!!!!!

FaceTime and Watsap became good friends as I could keep in close contact with my family. We had family quizzes over FaceTime which was fun.

Secondly the internet, which kept me in touch with this forum, which brought a smile to my face.

I must add that the pandemic is somewhat of a blur now, time goes so quick. I know my grandsons have grown .

🙏 being sent your way. 🤗

ditto kdali i'm stocked. i was super angry with the hoarders, but i got some non perishables. luckily i'm coeliac and many people don't buy the same non perishables as i do😀. i also re-discovered comedy. i needed it to lift my spirits. for much of the beginning where i am, we also had a "leader" who refused to educate people to stop the spread as if covid were a personal attack against him, so every time i saw the news it was worse and worse.

comedy got me through... and rupaul's drag race. drag queen joy always helps me feel better.

Not sure if it is for better or worse but we started supporting local restaurants using Door Dash. Helped keep restaurants in business and gave drivers a job too. I am trying to cut back and cook more now but still use at least 1-2 times a week.

I participate in the Shepherd Center MS Wellness Program here in Atlanta. Before the pandemic I attended 3 exercise classes per week. Immediately after the pandemic started they went virtual and now I do 4 classes a week, two whole body exercise classes, seated yoga and pilates. I tell everyone that the pandemic helped make me more fit. The second, although I do a lot of my medical appointments virtually I think sometimes I would rather be in the office so the doctor could see or feel what I'm talking about.

i love the idea of exercise virtual.i agree also the doc on the screen is diff than doc in person.
