Jesmcd2 thanks for asking. Right now, I have a painful ankle that is raised on a pillow, have my ice vest on because it is 95 outside, and 80 inside, even with AC on, and drinking coconut water trying to stop my digestive pain. I just started a month's supply of highly recommended probiotics hopefully to ease the gastritis and duodenitis. Kinda expensive, but cheaper than a lot of meds. Praying it helps. I miss attending church and social events, but it is still good to be alive and listen to the birds, watch the flowers bloom, and listen to my Gospel music. Life is Good.

Have no fear, cooler weather is coming! 🙁 The sun is out now, but it Lies!! Looks warm, but its cold and wet and windy 🤣😂
