Well I arrived back in Atlanta last night and was told by British Airways that my rollator was in London.😳

They had nothing to offer me last night and said they will send on to my home today until mine returns.🤔

That's good since I only need it to WALK!

I’m sorry. How frustrating! Flying is the worst. I just got back from Illinois, but have to fly again in a week. Yuck!I hope your rollator actually shows up as promised.

Thanks everyone for your comments, I was just flabbergasted that they had nothing in place for people with disabilities immediately. Just glad I have a partner who could help me get home I don't know what I would have done if I were alone.

I hope that they return your Walker to your door and they don’t expect you to pick it up from the airport. They will blame it on Covid, not enough staff 😂 blessings Jimeka

Argh!!! I have generally had an okay time flying. I hope they get it to you soon! When it comes, check it over. If it's damaged they should replace it!
