Visiting the UK.

Hello all,

I don't post often but I wanted to share because I see some of us are from the United States and some are from the UK. I lived in Philadelphia, PA for the first 58 yrs of my life but moved to Atlanta, GA 9 yrs ago. My only daughter moved to the UK 9 yrs ago also. I'm here visiting her for a couple of weeks and since I landed on Friday I am soooo tired. Does anyone have more fatigue when traveling or changes time zones? I don't recall this happening when I visited in the past.

Jet lag always hits me very hard. Weakness and fatigue. Even changing just a couple of time zones. But especially the 6-7 hr time change from the U.S. to Europe. Some people just struggle going from one direction to the other (return or departure} but it takes me quite a while to recover regardless.

Be good to yourself, Robsmom! You have covered a bunch of time zones! Bless your heart!

Jet lag always knocks me out for a day or two, going either way. And that was when I was healthy!!
