SSD Hearing

I completed my SSD hearing on yesterday and now waiting for a decision from the Judge. My lawyer said she think it’s a Win, in the event she said it’s hard to tell until the Judge make his final decision. I’m praying so hard it will be a Win because God know I need it.

I know the Vocational Expert listed jobs that I could do. After the Judge asked the questions due to her limitations do you feel she could do those jobs, his reply was No. Just wondering will this be my approval with that being said. Pls be in prayer for me. God bless🙏🏾

Sending prayers! In my case, I was in the same situation and had same question(s). Sounds very promising! I did end up getting SSD for a year and getting reviewed here soon. 🙏🏽 u get it too!!!

My first MS doctor said in 2016 that just having MS was almost an automatic approval sir SSD

Have lots of patience. The government never does anything quickly so be prepared to be waiting for several months.

It’s good that they don’t think you can do the jobs because there was a job found for me, but not many opportunities, and I was approved
