Et tu, Mum?

I mentioned to Mum this morning that I'm glad I don't need pain medications like so many people with MS, and she responded with "What pain? Isn't it just being too tired sometimes?"

😅

My husband's the only one who really understands MS- to a point- and that's because he has to live with the"pain".

That's not unusual. Most people don't understand all that goes on with MS. They only see that you don't look sick or you are going to end up in a wheelchair. They don't know everyone is different.

My husband said that MS stood for Mostly Sleeping.

OMG, I love it! I have to tell my boyfriend that one. He will 100% agree!

He said this during the years I was working after my diagnosis. I spent most evenings and weekends sleeping.

I’m sure she wants to understand-

MS standing for mostly sleeping-that’s funny!
