Dear fellow people with MS,
my all time favorite yoga teacher Alexandra is involved in this research for her PhD. you have to be 65 or older and have any 2 chronic health conditions. wishing i could be in it but not old enough yet. Or you could be the caregiver for someone over 65 with 2 health conditions. think it over!

Hello yogis,
Please see the information below regarding the research study for which I am the online yoga safety expert. We are finishing up recruitment for our next cohort, set to begin on Monday Jan. 24th, 2022 and run for 8 consecutive weeks.
This will be my fourth cohort online and I have loved every single group. The protocol used for this study has been proven effective through over a decade of evidence-based research. We are trying to take it one step further in this study to see whether we can implement this protocol online. The health education content is provided asynchronously (accessed when it's convenient for you), and the yoga is offered live, 2 x week for 1hr and 15 minutes. The study is 8 weeks in total. I absolutely love my research team, which consists of healthcare professionals and professors who are dedicated to health research that will make a difference in people's lives.
If the free yoga and education aren't enough, you also get Amazon gift cards for each of the surveys/evals you complete. Please consider joining us if you meet the eligibility criteria, and/or share this email with someone who might be interested. Thank you so much! - Alexandra
From the MY-Skills Mobile Research Team:
The study includes 16 online sessions of yoga and health education (2 times a week for 8 weeks) that are focused on decreasing symptoms of depression or sadness while improving physical and social wellbeing. There is no cost to you for participating in this program and is funded by the Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Colorado (COMIRB#: 21-2632).
If you or someone you know might be interested in the study, please call or email for additional information. Thank you for your interest!
