No Walker used!

For the past few days I've walked up and down the hill without using

my walker. A woman I see sometimes walking said I looked great.

That was so sweet of her to say.

I practice in my house every day walking at least 3,000steps from one wall to another. I also receive P.T. which has taught me to do

certain stretching exercises,
