New type of walker

Has anyone here tried out a Zeen? It's a new walker invented by the man who invented the steadicam. The video I saw makes it look sort of like a rollator going backward.

This looks really cool. I am sure it will be helpful to me someday!

Now I could use one of those to get around when the price comes down. It would keep me from sitting so much. Thank you for sharing.

Interesting, how do I inquire?

All I know is in the attachment video. I guess I would Google Zeen to start.

Google it and you'll find them.

I found a website with info on how to contact them about funding:

gozeen.com/collections/shop...

I watched the video and the thing I question is if someone with foot drop (like me) would be able to use it. It seems that my foot would kick it or get caught up in it.

I spoke with Helius this morning, the PONS Device primarily focuses on both walking and gait and not necessarily foot drop. I'm still moving forward in reviewing getting the PONS Device.

I think it would be an issue with foot drop. I am considering it, but thinking it would be pretty useless with foot drop.

That’s what I kinda figured. Thanks for the replies!

seems to me to be extra large and cumbersom, may be wrong on that.it would be nice carrying a chair behind you

I like the looks of it, but I no longer have the leg strength. When I use my motorized chair it's because my legs aren't functioning, but I love the idea of it for people who still have enough. I'll hope with everyone else that the price comes down soon. I can see this being a game changer for a lot of people.

great ,wonderful and would be so much nicer that having the wheel chair for you can stand up and walk ...would take a while to get use to having something follow you but again can just sit when you want to or need to....i think it is great ...didn't check the price tag but again it gives a person lots of freedom ...can't say it is to much....love it thank you ...

i dunno if that would work for me. i have ataxia, which makes using a device harder, since my muscles don't work together. of course, not using a walker at all means i'll fall, so i have to, but i tend to lean forward when i walk. having the rollator in front of me helps. it's a moot point at the mo' since i don't have 4000 extra dollars.
