G'day ms family, love to all and hope last night was good and today is better. Our ms is with us another day, it seems to go on forever, yes it actually does. BUT, it means one thing. It means "YOU" are alive and breathing. Your days are here for "YOU" to enjoy and learn from. NOT to endlessly weep and hide from the world. That is NOT your purpose. Look deeply inside yourself and find a direction for your life. Try hard to let as many of the daily dramas wash over "YOU". Fight hard to not let them stick. Find your purpose, your direction and move along your path. Do not give up on your life, do not let others control it.

This is your life, your ms journey. Act like it, as much as "YOU" can control your day-to-day.
