2.4 distance to beat

Yesterday Ms Bella and I had our best walk heading out now to match or beat. I was tired last quarter mile but I took my time. We talk about spoons my walk can cost me more than one spoon, I’m right to keep moving but my reduced spoons means some chore will be dropped. Best use of spoons.

Well done, thats quite an achievement. It’s lovely being outdoors with a loyal friend. Enjoy, but please know what your limitations are. Don’t get too tired all at once. Have fun 👍 👏

That’s fantastic! I can’t seem to get beyond 1.0 miles without my nerves failing and then I do the drunken sailor gait. If I rest for 10 minutes or so, I can continue but not as strong as the the first length. My dream is to do 2.0 miles without stopping but it has eluded me for 4 years.

You will get there your smart to pace yourself. There is so much I love about a walk no matter how short or how slow. It frees my head of my stressors. Not sure if it’s endorphins can’t imagine at my speed they must be non existent but I feel so much better mentally. Take it slow sailor enjoy the fresh air and that your own two feet are up and moving. Peace

This may actually lead to an increased number of spoons to use 😊 exercise should increase energy if you stick with it.I really need to get back on track myself!
