I've been using Arnicare Creme to help the pain from my fall.

Has anyone tried CBD Creme and if so what are the benefits and cons?

Sorry to hear about your fall. I have used a CBD balm from Plant Therapy on my back/hip when it really starts to hurt and it works well for me. Most of their sales are Essential Oils but recently have started to carry CBD products.

Thick but not super thick, if that makes sense. It rubs in nice and smells minty.

I love to use cbd cream when something aches, like my foot that I broke a couple years ago. I have many things good but nothing bad to say about it. It has really worked for me.
