I wish I was able to drink them. That would at least make this all fun! But, nooooooo . . . because we can't get any AC repair company to call us back, so I'm expieriencing mynreally cool MS symptom--I staggar around like I'm drunk if I get over heated!

I am also awaiting a cool gadget I didn't think I'd be forced to gave: a glucose monitor. Why? the Truelicity my primary care dr. put me on to keep me from going full-blown diabetic, must be kept cool. okay, into the fridge, right? Well, I'm sure it would make my PC happy if I thew out all the food in order to fit the case of 90 day doses into the fridge. However, someone else lives here (my partner) and has to be fed. Plus, my partner insists that the fridge is packed with all his waters, orange juices, lrmonades and limeades. I'm not even allowed to put any of MY drinks in the fridge, so I get to drink them hot. So there is no room for my Trulicity.

Arrrrgggg! I couldn't finish writing because the page starts jumping around and what I type winds up in the middle of the paragraph rather than the end. Anyway, when I got my first order of Truelicity F, I'd be okay. For over a year, a corner of my downstairs bathroom was the home of my Truelicity. But as of Sunday, NO area in my home stays below 86! Called the pharmacist. I was told it would be less effective, but okay. However, I'd need to monitor my A1C and if it gets too high, I'll need to dump all the doses.

I guess the some thing all restaurants and stores are going through. Workers feel they are making more money NOT working than working. I know everyone in our neighborhood is complaining about the inability to get repair techs. So I'm thinking fewer of us should have fallen for that you-will-be-in-debt-for-the-rest-of-our-life-GO-TO-COLLEGE-BS, and gone to community College instead, trained, and earned our plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing licenses, so we could do it ourselves! GRRRRRRRR!

You are so right!!Thankfully I paid my way through community College and never took out a crazy student loan. Then my employer paid my way through University degrees. I know there are still employers out there that pay for their employees college such as Starbucks and Chick fil a. Trade schools definitely need to be encouraged more as well!!! I grew up in California but now live on the east coast. I have noticed it is much more common to expect kids to go directly to University from high school here. I had some really great teachers in community College and some not so great at University so not sure why community colleges aren't encouraged more. It also alleviates the stress of taking the SAT test.

I knowq how nuts it can all be. I went to UNM right out of high school because my mother had always wanted to go, my father hadn't gone, and neither did either of my brothers. My first year, I was only attending part time, working full time. I took out a small loan so I could go full time, and when my parents died, I was told about Pell Grants. I applied, and was approved . . . sorta. I went to buy books, told my grant didn't go through. I marched to the Registrar's and Omnibudsman's office with the approval letter in my hand. I stormed out of their office and raced home, returning with the appropriate item--I pushed into their office, yelled, "if you say death cerrtificates are not enough to prove my parents' deaths, well meet my Mom! " I slammed my Mom's urn down on the counter, "And if you wanna meet my Dad, get a shovel!" Now getting a forensic anthropology degree isn't getting my AC fixed. :(

Great suggestions here. If your partner is otherwise a good partner I would find a way to accommodate both your stuff in the fridge, maybe a second small fridge or trade up to a larger fridge if you are able. Also, maybe there is a way to organize the fridge better to fit more? I recently went through my fridge and threw out expired items, that freed up a lot of space! Keeping a weeks supply of both of your stuff vs a month of your partners might help too.

Good luck, praying 🙏 you get things sorted out soon

It's time the partner learned (i.e. was told in no uncertain terms) that essential medications take priority over orange juice, lemonades or whatever.

We were able to simply change the capacitor, and our AC was up and running in minutes. I ordered one online and ordered a second for another power surge. I hope that's all that's wrong with yours.
