Hi guys hope you are all surviving and hopefully thriving!

I’ve been barely surviving in truth, but oral steroids and associated appetite has been marvellous!

You forget what’s is like to actually enjoy food?

Every time I try and wean off I crash, so just going to enjoy my food and very er unique taste in animals.

Well my daughter bought me a sea monkey kit, and I’ve managed to keep them alive ! (Apparently they don’t live long, sea brine?)and they are fascinating little things (well I find them so...well you are talking about someone who kept snails lol)

Obviously I’d prefer a dog or a cat, but my tremors and shakes are soo bad now that I could no longer even trust myself with the snails, so they were liberated into my wild garden.

I have not been able to get into the garden because I’m just to weak physically to make the steps; so I have trained a squirrel to come into the kitchen and eat out of my hand ! My mate Sidney, bless

And when it’s chill time in the evening, I just watch the sea monkeys now, with some good tunes and chocolate.

Ah it’s the little things eh?

How sweet!

As for the sea monkeys, I once received them as a gift as a little girl.

The picture on the front of the package scared the hell out of me.

🤣🤣🤣

Love the squirrel, good to hear about your snails. I was wondering if you still had them. 🤗

A friend of mine has trained a squirrel to come up to her patio doors when it’s hungry. If she doesn’t notice it, it will knock on the door until she does. The reward is my friend gives it some peanuts. It’s funny to watch it when we have potlucks at her house. She has a long rectangular patio and the squirrel will run from door to door to door knocking until it gets the peanuts.
