There is no 'one size fits all' way to manage MS symptoms but by learning to identify what triggers symptoms for us personally, we can begin to actively troubleshoot potential problems in advance of activities. This won't work all of the time but it's a proactive way to try and avoid issues and to have the best possible outcome. For me, it helps me feel more confident when I plan things. Hi! I'm not allowed to posts links here anymore so the link to the article is in my bio. If you hit my bio, the link is at the end of my description. This is the latest article so it'll pop right up 🙂
is that your website?
is there a reason you cant post weblinks anymore?
My account was reported as inappropriate by my a/community members so I got an email warning about it and it was advised not to add a link anymore. I didn't know I wasn't allowed to add a link as my blog is just a free resource for our community, not a business but I guess someone thought it was self-promotion. I, of course, don't want any problems so I dropped the link but I was hoping still to be able to share things I learned. Blogging is just the way I do it. I can't work anymore so I've been trying to advocate for our community and this is how I try and do it.
Thanks . 🙏😹😹😹
