I'd say this site is pretty tolerant compared to others that I have been on (political discussion, anyone? :D) even in light of yesterday's kerfuffle.
I see nothing wrong with expressing disagreement and if one holds strong opinions about something, they will eventually get met with some push back either way.
There are ways to express opinions however that will get better results.
Agreed! Nobody is forcing anyone to read what others post. Sometimes we get frustrated with what is happing with the rest of the world, especially with the politics in the U.S. right now. Tempers are flaring everywhere. We need to be patient with those that just need to talk about it. Sometimes it's the only way they can release their feelings, especially if they don't have anyone else to talk to. Everyone is entitled to their own feelings. Feelings are neither right nor wrong, they are just feelings. Nobody has the right to tell anyone that their feelings are wrong. So when you see a post with someone expressing their feelings, and you don't agree with what they are saying, just move on as you might someday say something that someone else doesn't agree with and you wouldn't want someone to tell you that your feelings are wrong. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
