Besides the tennis balls, larger balloon type wheels, so you can go off road. Along with the snow shoes mounted just above the height of the larger wheels, wheels outside & snow shoes inside, it could be all-terrane and all-weather ready thing!

I could think of more..., like COVID-19 safe distancing gear?

Those only work on dark highways at high speeds. So by hearing your vehicle, the deer can be looking right at you as you hit them? Makes for much better videos on your dash cam!
