In honor of our 50th anniversary, we are pleased to introduce our new MSAA logo (which you can also see reflected on our My MSAA Community here!) and redesigned website homepage. We encourage you to visit our website and take a look around at the new features, and also share the news to help spread the word to the MS community beyond this forum!
As a usability expert, the site has some basic issues that really need to be addressed:
- Logging in doesn't apply any visual clues such as a name up where the login link is.
- The chat button referenced on several pages is non existent
- Labeling in some cases is ambiguous. It took me a while to determine where the community site actually was
Also, and I'm sorry to say this, the logo looks like a frowning face to me. Could be reflective of my being sick and a bit unhappy about things but it is my honest opinion.
Thank you for the feedback, derezolution - and also welcome to our My MSAA Community. I will be sharing this with the rest of the team here at MSAA.
As you can imagine, even though we launched our new website and branding this year, our digital efforts are always a work in progress. But we appreciate hearing from everyone in the community.
