One of my booth neighbors at an art fair used to make miniature paintings of the old master's works.
The "canvas" was a ceramic tile about 2x1.5" set on a small wooden easel.I regret not buying or trading for one as they were charming

Awesome! So much fun. I ordered one a couple of months ago, started it, then put it away and forgot. I'll have to get it back out.
Forgot to say the one I got is very detailed and the numbers very small so it made it hard for me to see and paint in the tiny areas. Something to think about when ordering.
But I will try again as I really like how yours turned out. Nice job!
Oh there were very very small spots that I'm not gonna lie got different colors!😂🤣 I used a flashlight to see some of them. Yikes! 🤗💕🌠

Very nice. And Ali_B62 is absolutely right on immersing ourselves in an activity (the flow she mentions). The concentration required to complete a painting or any other complex venture of this type requires the brain to use pathways we might not usually activate...and the world can disappear while we focus.
And by the way, I truly dooly do admire your dexterity! I would never be able to control a brush to accomplish anything of that complexity. I'd be more a fling and spatter sort of painter.
Great job! I love the new paint by number kits that add shading and more detail and you did the kit justice! I have two kits to do (and several diamond art) but realized that I need to buy bifocals before I can do any of them, or find some cheap reading glasses in the correct strength until I can afford new glasses.

lbenmaor that was my 1st one, I have another one that I'm going to do at some point.😊 I just looked on Amazon for one that I liked. It came with everything, although I did buy some brushes. Cheap! Check it out!! It can be very soothing!🤗💕🌠

Jesmcd2,I received my paint by #s today. I realized I wasn't interested in painting so many small areas, rinse the brush off etc. so I donated it to the VVA.
