Maybe you guys already know this but it was new to me. My occupational therapist was here today and he had a suggestion for muscle aches and pains. Put Dawn dish detergent in a baggie, maybe half full, and freeze it. It makes a great ice pack that is mushy and flexible. I will definitely be trying this!
