That was a great article and it made me think about my "super powers ". I think one of my big ones is resolve. I'm going to make it and be okay no matter what.

Fortunately I use pretty much all of these except creativity. Mostly I am optimistic and resilient with a bit of the rest thrown in.

I was happy to be diagnosed with MS as I knew the other possibilities based on my symptoms were all worse.

I realized I was an optimist when my son was little and something happened that made me complain out loud. My son said "mommy at least it isn't..." and that made me realize I said that to him anytime he would look at the negative side of something. For the wisdom part I always told him it is good to learn from your mistakes and even better to learn from others mistakes so you don't make them too.

I use kindness when I am feeling a bit depressed. It makes me feel better to do something for someone else.

Loved how the article describes how these traits affect your body. I will be sure to keep practicing as many as I can!

It sounds like you are a strong person and are instilling valuable lessons to your son! I learned to be strong from my parents and it sounds like your son will get that from you:-)
