Iam writing in connection to moderator posting anger . Anger is a mask for pain fear frustration just thought I would pass it along

Anger might be a mask, but it's very very real! And when you're 1st dxed, or having a relaspe, or just trying to deal with everyday situations, you have the right to feel that way!

Here, we allow our friends to vent there frustrations, there Anger fear or anything else within reason! Thought I would pass that along 🤗💕🌠

Anger is very real and find this is a good place to vent when I need to vent I do say so

I think anyone can get "angry"

Or maybe it is frustration....

I think everyone could call it something different....

I seem to have good and bad days, physically and mentally.

I try prayer, mediation, reading.....etc.

We can all handle stresses differently....

Yes I agree with we have good and bad bays happy days sad days thankful for many things do have to put the word anger in there too definitely
