The calm is cooking new things. For example this is a food 🥘 from my country: tomatoes 🍅, oliva oil, vinager, pepino 🥒, onion , green pepper. The name is GAZPACHO.

For summer is ideal, and also in winter, but less.

Gazpacho is traditional of the south of my country.

You can find it in internet,

And Gazpacho you and your family can eat with egg 🥚 up or jam up.

Calm cooking!!

Yes a lot of people eat that here at Italian restaurants. The most popular nation wide restaurant is Olive Garden and it is on the menu. I have Burning Tongue Syndrome (thanks to MS) and acidic or spicy foods burn my tongue 😢. I eat frozen fruit smoothies.

But Gazpacho is Spanish only. And the best Gazpacho is at home, not in restaurants, neither here.

Neither my father eats Gazpacho now because he feels bad in the stomach, maybe he can’t with the onion . But 20 years ago he loved Gazpacho.

Sorry for your problem of the tongue síndrome. I hope it is not to much grave.

Take care! 👍💚

Yes everything better made at home. And ethnic food is best made at country of origin. 30 years ago and before I ate tomato based dishes every week with onions and garlic and peppers. Loved Spanish rice and Spanish stuffed bell peppers and Sangria

I agree. USA too crazy for restaurants. Too many forgot home cooking.

The north, maybe like in your country, the west, the east or south is different like the food. I don’t know all the foods of my country. I am an ignorant 😆😆
