Hello Everyone, praying all is okay with everyone and this heat; the "feel like" temperature in Philly has been near 100 on a few days (yuck). My question is: sometimes as of late my tummy feels sore and I have to eat extra healthy.
A recent Scan did show little "Air Pockets" areas from my injection sites, but a few years ago I also had my gall bladder removed - so just to play it safe I did make an appointment to a see my Gastroenterologist in July. Safe and Happy July 4th to everyone.
Blessings

Hi I’m sorry to hear that you aren’t feeling well. Going to the gastro is a good idea. I had my gallbladder removed as well and high fat foods bother me. Without the gallbladder the body can have difficulty processing these fatty foods. I still eat them lol even though I shouldn’t
The other thing that is helpful are digestive enzymes. These are easy to find. I use one called Similase Lipase.
Hopefully your doctor will have a good plan. I wish you the best! Feel better
Thank you, yes, can't have fried foods! I love love love fish...Salmon is the better choice; but fried fillet of flounder yum yum Thanks for the feedback.
Yesterday the weather was 90* today it is 62. I even went out with Razor with my winter coat on as the wind was so cold. It’s crazy. I hope it all goes well with gastroenterology let us know how you get on, Blessings Jimeka 🦋
