remember,I won dinners delivered to my house that I won on msaa website from HELLO FRESH,they sent 2 dinners for 4,everything came in a well packed box with frozen packs and all ingrediants including fresh and spices,you follow a recipe and cook them,1st one was itilian chicken with lemon spaghetti and the second was spicymeatballs over rice,taste like a restaurant treat!so grateful for free stuff
