Maddie is my cairn terrier. We got her from the shelter when she was 9 months old and only weighed about 6 pounds! She got LOTS of tlc. She has boundless energy despite this picture. She is my sweet little girl buddy. She loves to be held like a baby, until she is off on another chase, bird, squirrel or Harley. I love her to pieces. Love, thanks for letting me share. Kelly

Maddie is adorable, Razor would love her, 🤗
Oh, both my doggies would love to play with a Razor! And we could sit and chat!
We have such a large garden it would be great to see them all chasing each other while we enjoyed a coffee and good chin wag together.🤗
She’s a cutie!
What a cute little girl...
Ahhhhh.......that’s the kind of breed I always wanted for years and years and years. Never chose my own dog - inherited a poodle when 19, she died of cancer. Hubby didn’t like house dogs. Then he “let” me rescue Mandi when I was in 60s and sick. Then she became very ill about 3 yrs ago. Bad bad day. My first loving furry friend. Then a friend asked Frank if I would take Annie last October. But I always admired that terrier. Adorable!
Maddie is my second cairn. Could not believe we found one to “rescue”at the shelter! We lived in Utah and both of my doggies had come from California. Cairns are such a smart breed, you almost want to know what they are planning next. But I have never seen dogs more gentle than cairns. They love a good belly rub, especially from kids. They are gentle, and sense that children are special.
Maddie is such a cutie! She looks so soft & cuddly, too! I'm jealous of your furr baby!
as long as u luv him
Aw..I just want to cuddle her!
I love those dogs! My friend had two and they were so sweet
Too cute, Amore55 She definitely looks loved, and she knows it!
What a sweetie! Don’t you just love that terrier attitude? I had a cousin of the Cairn, a Westie, and she gave me the best 13 years of my life 🐾🐾
I love Westies. They are adorable. I am so glad you had many wonderful years with yours! My first cairn, Riley, only lived to be 7. He had a heart problem no one knew about until too late. But he looked just like Maddie, but with bigger ears. He was just as gentle and loving. Thanks for telling me. Love, Kelly
So cute.
How cute she is!!
Oh how cute. I notice she had to have her head on the pillow. She thinks she is human doesn't she?
I never had a dog myself but I've would've like to have. I was working too much.... My husband @ the time was not responsible ( or ever). So how could I??? Now I live in an apt.
God bless🙏
