Have to see a podiatrist...what?

So I get a call this morning from the podiatrist office associated with the medical center where I go for my pcp, the walk in clinic I went to for my foot, etc. It turns out that the doctor who saw me sent a referral to a podiatrist to see me ASAP. I have to go tomorrow. I am wondering what they will do. A cast? Better pain relief? I really appreciate all of your support. I took some pictures of my foot and sent them to my kids. They were totally shocked. Maybe a bit grossed out. It is every shade of black and blue. Anyway, will keep you posted, as long as I don’t fall and break my typing hand!! Lol. Kelly😂🤣😄

I see one every 3 months.

When I 1st time she took x-rays of my feet and examined them

For me I have something that looks like a calluses but its called porokeratosis and she cuts it down and applies something on it and I have a foot bath that I have to do every other day

I don’t think it’s a bad idea to see a specialist. Feet and hands are complicated and necessary.
