So it felt much more sore, went to walk-in clinic for x-rays. 2 broken bones in top of foot, very bad sprain! So glad you all encouraged me to get it checked out 😀. What a great family you are. I now have a boot on my foot and own crutches. Must be more careful and will paint my steps as Royce suggested, perhaps a glow in the dark color? Lol.
Thank you all for your love. Kelly xx

Aww, I’m sorry to hear that you broke your foot! 😭 Will the kids come visit this weekend? 💐💐💐💐💐 You need lighting, the glow in the dark paint doesn’t stay lit.
Thank goodness for face time!! We keep in touch that way too. I’m excited for you to see the kiddos and hear about all the things 🥰 I’m sleep deprived and half miserable or half crazy, but Ocrevus has given a lot of me back to me! 🎉🙌
Don’t you just love that boot? I’ve had to wear one twice, so it’s become a keeper in my closet., right beside my crutches😼. My foot always feels better once I get that boot on after I hurt it. Then you will probably be going to therapy after you get the boot off - happy days ahead!! I now wear men’s size shoes to allow for my permanently enlarged left foot it’s been broken and tendons torn and strained or pulled or whatever, now have cyst and arthritis in metatarsal joint or something. Aren’t I s bundle of good news? Just saying I know your pain. Btw, first time bone broken was 17, first year with MS, last time fell and tore tendons in same foot was age 72! Poor foot! I wear franks house shoes most of the time, well all of the time now during this stay at hone Covid 2020 memorial🦯👢👨🦽🦶🏻😷🙏🏻❤️
I’m glad you got it checked out, but sheesh that’s awful! Is there long lasting reflective tape??
Having medical equipment around is essential. That why my house has crutches, a rolling walker, electric wheelchair, four canes, and multiple braces for knees, wrists, ankles, and elbows lying around. And none are used regularly. Better to be prepared! 😂
I just read how you fell. That’s weird. That’s exactly the way I have fallen 3 times. Once at my house, once at my brothers house, once at my daughters house. Always missing that last step. NOW, I look down and bring two feet together before moving in to the next step no matter where I am, no matter how familiar the steps and always hold on to a railing or wall. Tired of broken bones, torn tendons and ligaments. Right now, the joint is aching due to rain. Isn’t it weird how we miss that last step? MS brain!
I just KNOW that bottom step reached up and grabbed me! It is so important to be careful. I do the same thing you do, one step at a time with two feet on it before moving on. But I was sleepy, and think I got in a hurry. There was lots of light. Therefore, I must conclude a step conspiracy! Lol. Stay safe. Thank your daughter for all she is doing for so many! Love, Kelly xxx
so sorry but at least you will be on the mend now ...yes painting the stairs could be a great project for someone to do for you ...what color are they going to be or just be a glow in the dark just remember so one day you look out and wonder what the heck is going on outside ...hahahahah...or posts to line the area with lights ...take care and stay safe...
Yeah you got it sorted. At least now you can start to heal properly. Don’t they pot it now adays for a break? Do you have to go back? Take care Kelly, enjoy your face timing with your kids, many blessings Jimeka 🤗 💐 🍫 💜
So sorry about your fall, Amore55. I sprained my ankle last year right before we went to Hawaii. Luckily I didn’t break anything and went and had a great time. Happy Mothers Day! ❤️🌺
some times good things can come out of bad.I had broke my leg, hopped around on a stationary walker everywhere for 8 weeks,my arms and upper body looked great!need to get it out again and hop around, great exercise and definition on these upper arm wings!
Goodness girl you’re as bad as me with all these falls but I guess I’m just lucky I haven’t broken anything. But I have wondered a few times if I’ve broken my butt bone. Haha. Be careful with that boot on and don’t fall anymore please mam.
