Men never listen

Max and his wife Lola received a letter from their daughter who had gone to study "Modern Biochemistry" overseas.

She wrote, "My beloved parents, I miss you so much and it breaks my heart to think that by the time I get back, you will be so old. Therefore, I am enclosing a bottle of a red potion that I have invented. It will make you 5 years younger, and so when I return, you will be the same age as I left you. *Please, take only a drop.* Goodbye I love you!"

They opened the envelope and found the bottle with the red potion.

Max looked at his wife and said, "You go first."

Lola took a drop and when she indeed turned 5 years younger, Max immediately did the same.

Years later, the daughter returns home to find her mother... she is younger and happier, and she is carrying a baby on her back. She tells her daughter how the potion worked and how it has made her look younger. The daughter is happy and she asks about her father.

"Your father? Hmmm! You know how men don't listen! He drank the whole bottle."

"Whaaat! Where is he?"

"Who do you think is on my back?"

😅😂🤣

*Men Do Not Listen*.

Ok. Hilarious. Definitely my husband. Do you write these yourself?

No, not this one. I wrote it because I laugh uncontrollably when I read it. It reminds me of taser training in the academy. Most of the big tough guys screamed like little girls when they got zapped! We have those boots so much hell. Wish their were video cameras that were convenient back then!!

I pulled it out because I am so saddened and scared of what’s happening worldwide.

Yea me too. I have chronic bronchitis and asthma, staying home. But hubby coming and going, soooo.... I kinda expect to get it. I get pneumonia every year in spite of getting the vaccine. What I don’t understand is we are being advised to stay home if sick unless high fever. I don’t even get fever with pneumonia! I just start wheezing badly and severe pain in chest. I am 73, had RRMS for 56 years, tired of that and all my comorbidities, dealing with the pain, etc., so if this is the lethal one, so be it. I will go out reading your funnies and my Bible. I think God has a great sense of humor - look at monkeys and sloths and well, my mind went blank. Blank minds are good regarding world events. Out of our control anyway, so scrub a dub, 3 men in a tub! Keep me 🤣🤣🤣🤣
