Did you ever go through Wills for Heroes? Where they do free estate planning for 1st responders. The project was started after 9/11. If not contact the bar association . I was the chair for that project for many years. I met some really cool people doing that.

Are those fairly new? I lived in Arlington for 5 years but left in 2004 but I hadn't ever seen those before.

Yes. It is a warmer climate until this year. We actually had to close Texas for a day so we could find our coats. I hate cold weather!
