You might try making a complaint to BBB to get some help with that if contacting the company doesn't work.

I have a friend that makes $200 a month completing surveys. I keep getting an ad for a Google survey app. Haven't tried it. Hope you find a good source.

My friend uses, my opinion, survey junkie, and many others that she finds by Google searching "surveys from home".

I did it with Toluna. Took me a long time to get a $25 gift card and I had to email them to find out how to get it.

I was spending s lot of time on Survey Junkie thinking I was earning $.

I tried to cash in my $5.00 but no confirmation. What a waste of time. I was getting so excited I was earning money.

Wow! Several years ago when I was working I attended a "Focus Group" with my manager sponsored by "General Foods' Basically, we looked at pictures of new test items foods at that time and gave our opinion of what families may think? All participants left with an envelop with containing $75.00! That was a blessing

I have received money from Survey Junkie. You have to wait till you have $10.00 and then you can ask for your money. I made $75.00 over a year but then I only did it about 1 hour a day.

I did this for a while but didn't ever make much--a few dollars a month, as I recall, though I was doing the surveys only when I had a spare moment. I had to do a lot of surveys just to make a few dollars--not worth it, IMO.
