No, I am sorry not your 9 to 5 or your endless chores at home. I am referring to your day to day existence and the management of our mutual problem. Yes, my siblings, it is a problem. One which "YOU" and I have to find a way to live with. to make our many decades with this condition live-able and as comfortable as we can, we must find a way to solve it. One hundred per cent is impossible and unrealistic, besides being very difficult.
No, "YOU" have to work at the disease. Find your Disease-Modifying Therapy (DMT), find your prefered eating style(diet) find your exercise rhythm. There are most certainly things that "YOU" have to work out, and this is an everchanging illness. The solution that "YOU" used today may not work very well next week or in the distant future. Back to work time to find a new solution. It is like being on a sea of sand that keeps moving. This, is life with Relapsing-Remitting ms(RRms). Moving , moving, always moving, it will stabilise at times , but it will never completely go away. This, is our purpose, to learn to live long, happy, fruitful lives while still having a chronic, incurable, confusing, disability.
I will say without fear of any argument that "YOU" can. There are people on this website who have been able to navigate themselves through this disease without anywhere near the tools that "you" have available to "YOU" today. There is a range of DMT I had one, people a few years before me had none. An ms world is available to "YOU" today, that we could only have dreamed of having. Yes, there are most certainly ups and downs for "YOU" to overcome, but what "YOU" need to help "YOU" along your long ms journey is there. I understand that "YOU" may not care what went before "YOU". I have had issues at times with my disease ancestors. I would suggest that they got through it If they were able to handle it. Then so can I and so can "YOU" there was nothing special about them. They could, I can, and so can "YOU" because who knows "YOU" might be special.
