Had slight flushing and tickle in throat very short while during infusion which lasted only a brief time. At night feeling leg and thigh pain/soreness. Has this happened to anyone?

Has anyone felt leg or thigh pain or soreness after first dose of ocrevus?
I haven't
I'm guessing that you received IV steroids (solumedrol) prior to your Ocrevus infusion. This often gives a weird metallic taste in the mouth. The leg pain could just be from MS.
b4 O I had severe spasms in my right leg after my 1st half the muscle relaxed
Yes i did have the solumedrol. Luckily no weird taste in mouth although i did have a weird taste when i had prendisone when hospitalized in july. The leg pain is strange because i never had this kind of leg pain and i read some people felt worse and trouble walking after Ocrevus. Hoping this is not the case
No I have not, just the usual dry/scratchy throat during actual infusion, that goes away.
I didn’t.
Thanks all, i actually called the dr and he said it was not related. Took tylenol and it went away
I had sore throat during infusion but no leg pain
I had hip pain during the first half dose.
Oh wow. I did not know if the pain was from sitting all day. I asked the dr he told me that he did not believe it was from the infusion. I took extra strength tylenol and it went away luckily
I think mine was the IV steroids because it didn’t last long. Maybe it was the weird recliner too, but I was up peeing a lot.
My horrible headache was the steroid for sure. I’m just thankful I wasn’t grumpy too 🤣 The second infusion was fine and I went out with the family right afterwards and did a 2mi walk around the lake before dinner.
The leg pain is fairly normal and short lived (this is my experience talking) after steroids if you also take something like Zocor. For me, the leg muscle pain lasts for about 2 days. It feels like I just ran a 30 mile marathon alone with a bear chasing me.
