The black Dog, “YOU” have no idea what I am talking about do “YOU” In Australia that is the media campaign they have about depression.
Before I say anything I will tell YOU this. I am under no circumstances or by any stretch of anybodies imagination a trained medical professional of any sort. I have Relapsing Remitting ms (RRms) and these are my thoughts and experiences. If “YOU” think “YOU” need help “YOU” probably do, so get it. My experience says drugs may make things easier at first but they lead to other problems. I have overdosed several times over my years.
That said get help if “YOU” need it, do not make silly mistakes that “YOU” may regret or cause regret for your loved ones. I will tell “YOU” as “YOU” overdose “YOU” are aware of what is going on around “YOU”, “YOU” know that “YOU” made a mistake. “YOU” regret what “YOU” have done, that “YOU” did not ask for help, cry out, ask somebody PLEASE HELP ME. This is an incurable rather confusing chronic illness. There are so many strange things that can and do happen. Steel yourself as best “YOU” can for this, expect it, do not let it surprise “YOU”. Look very hard for alternatives. Do not let yourself become alone, to hide yourself in that dark cold corner of despair that this disease is so quick to put us in. Yes, it most certainly can be a bit of a challenge to get out of, but “YOU” have to find away.
ms and its challenges are part of our lives. and it is up to us to find away around any obstacles that it puts in front of us. Do nothing and you get to attempt to learn again and again until “YOU” open your eyes wide enough and grasp the lesson to be learned.
ms is frustrating demanding and annoying. It lasts for decades but it is far from impossible to live with. If I can “YOU” most certainly can do as well. Make a decision to do so and start doing it, yesterday.
