all I can say is not good,my electricity bill is pretty high with air conditioner running all the time, cool showers, lots of fatigue,I try not to go out on extremely hot days.it is very yucky, considering I have a chronic disease that is effected by heat i live in the wrong place,we cannot move, but it was fun when i was 30.

I purchased an inexpensive Cooling towel on Amazon. It's really cool.

You dip it in warm water and it turns cold! No kidding. That should

help.

It comes in different colors. Let me know what you think of it if you decide to get it.

You must certainly live on the sun! You're the rubber man man (I remember a song about that, I think) I live in New England and the winters here are horrible. To live in a place where there is no snowy winters or blistering summers, ahhh. Let me know when you think of such a place. :-D

Are you in the western states? Sounds like it with 110*. I'm in Kentucky just south of Cincinnati OH. It gets hot here too but not that hot. The humidity is what gets me.
