I know what you are referring to but I can't seem to locate it. Did you do a search in this forum by using the 'Search HealthUnlocked' box located in the upper right hand corner?

I am fond of the balance exercises posted on the National MS Society site (you can also do a "Free from Falls" search on YouTube).
