A little piece of advice

A little piece of advice which ‘YOU” can completely ignore if “YOU” like. Still reading that is nice.

Here are a few simple tricks that I have picked up over the years along the path of my my Remitting ms (RRms) journey.

With any treatment follow the financial path. Who is making the money, why are they not quadrillionaires?

Where is the proof of what they claim? Not anecdotal evidence, she or he said he got better, but hard repeatable evidence. I really like Magnetic Romance Imaging (MRI)

Ask for evidence, not just somebody saying something before any money flies out of your pocket. Vitamins and supplements are cheapish and perhaps not to bad. Protein supplements reasonably priced are not to bad but multi-thousand dollar treatments that cannot show any evidence of their efficacy are perhaps best to be avoided. I understand that at first even five, ten, twenty years into this journey we want to stop travelling and get back to a “normal” life whatever that is, but “YOU” have to be brave and sceptical.

I do not like to say it, and I am not being cruel. Relapsing-Remitting ms (RRms) is with us this lifetime, hopefully not the next, but if it is I did it once I can do it again. Anything we do once we CAN DO again Be persistent but a little sceptical of outlandish claims.

Excellent advice! Have you had any info on Lion's Mane supplements? A member of our Placerville, Ca MS Group recommended it & credited renewed hand flexibility to this supplement available on Amazon.
