I just had my second half dose of Ocrevus last week. I had “flu like” symptoms for about a week after the first and I’ve been feeling crummy since this last dose.
I was curious if any of you have had improvement of any symptoms since starting Ocrevus? My neuro keeps insisting that a third of patients have some improvement.
I was hoping that perhaps some of you have some insight and words of encouragement?
Thanks!

Stay positive. I’m not on Ocrevus but what I’ve been reading here is that a good majority have noticed some type of symptom improvement. Maybe not immediately but in time. Good luck and stay positive.
I am not on Ocrevus but what I have read from others that are on it, you have to give it time to take affect, and people are showing signs maybe later after the full dose. From what I understand it’s not an instant cure, it helps prevent you from getting worse. Let us know how you get on, thanks blessings Jimeka 👍
I didn't start seeing any kind of improvement for about 5 months after my second half dose. Because of what it does, difference in which cells it goes after. It takes time for it to show improvements. I'll get my second full dose in May. My walking is improving. My memory is getting a lot better. Cogfog is almost totally gone. It can take a while til you see any improvement. Good luck and don't give up on it to quickly.
I’m sorry about what seems to be side effects from the Ocrevus. Several people on this DMT have noted that improvement can take serveral months or more to show up. Hang in there. Thank you telling about your experience. It really helps us all.
I started Ocrevus almost a year ago and feel the best I have felt in the whole 4 1/2 years I have had MS. I still have symptoms but they dont seem to be as bad. I wish you luck in your journey with Ocrevus.
My neuro cautiously says that some patients have reported improvement. He has over 100 patients on it (including me). But the main goal of Ocrevus is to slow down the progression of disability. This is the only MS DMT to do that.
