Depression and I am NOT an expert

I think that perhaps "YOU" as an individual with a chronic incurable illness, might want to ask about what possibilities there are for "YOU" beyond taking various drugs. ms in its various forms can cause depression by itself. I am under no circumstances belittling anybody's depression, only suggesting, politely, that "YOU" might be interested in asking yourself why "YOU" are depressed. I might suggest that "YOU" start surrounding yourself with things that "YOU" will succeed at. Start building your very own success bank account. There are things that "YOU" may just have to accept and live through or get to know the local paramedics very well. I choose to make new friends :-)

There are things to be sad about and things to still smile about. Find reasons to smile

Try hard to be happy, harder than you do to be sad.
