Just had (last Thursday) my second O infusion with no results. Should I continue in 6 month infusion?

I am not on Ocrevus, but several have posted on it and say it might be up to two years before results, Go into search for Ocrevus ? Ken 🐾

I sure hope it works. Hate to spend this time having infusions for nothing.

I agree with Kenu; the results from Ocrevus infusions can take months or possible years to show up fully.

We hope that, if nothing else, any progression is being slowed, which is extremely important, too.

Keep us in the loop, please.

Agree with others. Immediate response to O is not typical. Is there progression of ur symptoms? Do u have a follow up MRI scheduled? That may help demo effects of O if no new lesions.

I hope you are all right. Just out of curiosity, how much was your co-pay for the full infusion?

0 for the drug and < $200 for the infusion center. I don't recall exactly

Stick with it my neoro asked me what I thought after my third infusion and I said that I wasn’t sure if Any thing was going on But I told him that I still want to do it.

I mean I think everything is staying the same. But when the weather is crazy so is the MS so I’m going to stay with it.

Johngm You just need to have faith with this O as it could take up to two years for it to be effective. Make sure that you stay on top of all your neuro appointments, and get the required mri's. I am in the same O boat but I have seen better gait, balance, and my mental clarity is better these days.

Stay Strong and Keep Smiling,

The result is suppose to be no new lesions and a slowing of brain atrophy. Please don’t judge your drug by a few of the freakish experiences we have talked about here!

I'm getting my 2nd/full dose of Ocrevus tomorrow. I've waited the last 2 months very anxiously. It probably took me 3 months to notice, and trust my improvements, so tomorrow is like my xmas present. Hang in there!

I am also on Ocrevus and wanted to see immediate results, which I did not. My neurologist told me that he would not be concerned that it wasn’t working until he didn’t see any results until after the 3rd dose. Actually he said you would probably get worse before you saw improvement because the way Ocrevus works is that it knocks out the B cells of your immune system then builds them back up. So hang in there. You are in my thoughts and prayers

I go for my second full infusion on Friday, December 21. Hoping my Doc's optimism is not just false hope.
