Well, I saw my GP for a checkup this morning. BOTH my disabled sons are so stressing me out so much that I have trouble going to sleep and when I wake up my shoulders and neck are tight and painful. The blessed man prescribed me a muscle relaxer that I take an hour before bedtime. It will also help me sleep! The light at the end of the tunnel is getting closer for my relief!

Whoooo!!!! Enjoy!
Let us know the outcome. 🤗
I've been sleeping well. Unfortunately I have to wake up and drag myself to work! (That part hasn't changed...)
Are you getting good quality sleep? 🤗
I believe so. I read about a chapter of my book and then I'm super sleepy and can fall asleep well. I generally wake up in the early morning to take a bathroom trip and then go back to bed until the alarm goes off. At least I'm sleeping. Then the daytime stress hits until it's bedtime again.
I'm hoping you get some relief soon
Of course the pharmacy was out and had to order it so I don't get relief until Friday but at least it's coming so I'm not complaining!
Hope you get some restful sleep soon. Is there anyone who can help you with your sons?
I was wondering if you can get respite care too, or family/friend's help? All the best to you and your family! ☺
That's good news about getting some help with the pain and spasms. I sure hope you can find some help in dealing with your boys.
