Now mine reads the opposite Kenu ππ€£ the end!π€π
How come you don't sleep?
Jπ π¦
I donβt have saliva glands after cancer treatment. So every two or three hours I need a drink as my throat dries out π€¬. Oh well I am upright πππΎ
Wish I had answers for you Kenu biotin doesn't help at all? Or something like that? π’π€π
Jπ π¦
Biotin lasts about hour if lucky. During the day I am always drinking water, tea, ensure, etc. so I donβt have much problem, but at night after couple hours I am dried out π. Between the throat specialist, oncologist we have tried several different things but no luck. Part of the cancer βοΈ and probably have to just deal with it π€¬. Thanks for your concernπππΎπ

My story reads like that but without 'the end'. And I think that I am now getting a good night's sleep lately. Why, I have started using a mini diffuser from Nature's Truth. I am using essential oil for head relief and it is working. I have been using it a little over a week with positive results! Ahh, I am sleeping soundly again!
Keep Smiling,
Carole
Do you have links to information?
greaterexp
No, I don't have links to info. It was something that I stumbled on quite by mistake. I thought that I was purchasing essential oils to rub on my temples when I have a headache, and instead purchased essential oils to put in a diffuser. So, I went back and bought the diffuser. I tried it and so far, this mini diffuser has done the job! I sleep well, and soundly, so I am continuing to use this diffuser. The essential oil is called 'Head Relief', and the mini diffuser is called Nature's Truth Aromatherapy. It is about 4 inches tall, and it has a blue soft glow night light at its base. The whole thing, including the oil, cost me under $25 at my grocery store. I hope that this info helps.
Keep Smiling,
Carole
funny I like it good one mate
I no itβs no laughing matter, but I have to be honest I did, sorry, π
Get some sleep, my friend.
You got that right
I just discovered extended release melatonin. π΄π΄π΄π΄
Yes, melatonin taken before bedtime worked wonders for me. I have mercury poisoning induced insomnia.
My story is similar to yours except for "The End" My story has a sequel....I have a C-Pap machine so I can sleep about 4 hrs before waking up with a leather tongue. I use Biotin but it only lasts about 4 hours. Sometimes I can go back to sleep but most of the time I don't. My husband only sleeps about 2 hours at a time due to chronic pain from an 8 centimeter tumor in his chest & several lesions in his belly from a hospital trying to kill him after a hernia surgery. I hope you can find a way to get some sleep as it is so important for (everyone)especially with MS.
